By submitting your personal data through the ScoutDoc.com web site you consent to AgNition’s collection, use, storage and transfer of your personal data to our company databases and other repositories, wherever located, for the purposes for which it is submitted and in accordance with the policies set forth in this Privacy Statement.
There are areas of the ScoutDoc.com website that may be accessed without logging in with a personal account. Only general, non-personally identifiable information that AgNition logs from all site visits, such as the Internet service provider, operating system/browser type, and pages accessed, may be collected in those instances. This means that a user's session may be tracked, but the user will not be individually identified, nor will that information ever be sold. That information will only be used to see the type of traffic our website is receiving and the improve our content and efficiency.
When registering for an account you may be asked for your name, email address, mailing address and/or phone number. This information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent.
Activity data is generated over the course of using the ScoutDoc Cloud service. This includes all the information that you enter into the app and/or website. This data is collected and stored and associated with your account only to provide you with the services of ScoutDoc app and ScoutDoc Cloud. This data will never be sold, shared, exchanged, or transferred to a third party without your consent. If however you chose to share your account with other individuals we are not responsible for how data is shared by those individuals.
ScoutDoc Cloud may obtain the following types of information from or concerning you or your mobile iPad or Android tablet device, which may include information that can be used to identify you as specified below (“Personally Identifying Information”):
You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information, such as your name, username, company name (if applicable), billing information (if applicable) and tablet device information to AgNition when choosing to participate in various uses of the ScoutDoc Cloud Service, such as registering as a user.
When you visit the ScoutDoc Cloud Site, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. AgNition uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser help file directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, the ScoutDoc Cloud Site may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.
When you use the ScoutDoc Cloud Site, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser, your phone number, phone number you are requesting the status of and various status information. When you use the ScoutDoc Cloud Service, our servers log certain general information that our application sends whenever a file is synced between the ScoutDoc App and ScoutDoc Cloud site, including time and date stamps and the tablet device identification information that were sent from and to.
In the ordinary course of business, AgNition will not sell, trade or rent your individual identifying information to others unless you have consented to do so.
AgNition may use the information you provide to notify you later about new developments with respect to the products and services you have purchased or to inform you about new products, special offers and services offered by the company

AgNition may occasionally use non-identifiable non-personal information such a usage statistics, non-identifiable activity data with trusted third parties in an effort to better tailor our products, services, and advertisements to our users. Non-identifiable activity data may be analyzed for statistical information to better understand and improve our services.
AgNition secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. AgNition secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
If you submit Personally Identifiable Information to us through the ScoutDoc Cloud Site, or ScoutDoc Cloud Service, then we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the ScoutDoc Cloud Site and ScoutDoc Cloud Service. In particular, your tablet device information is essential to your use of the ScoutDoc Cloud Service and will be retained. Any billing information that may be collected from you will be deleted thirty (30) days after the termination of your account with ScoutDoc Cloud.
Your username may be displayed to other users when you are a user part of a company account
We do not use your email address information or other Personally Identifiable Information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out.
We do not sell or share your Personally Identifiable Information (such as your email address) with other third-party companies for their commercial or marketing use without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with third party service providers to the extent that it is reasonably necessary to perform, improve or maintain the ScoutDoc Cloud Service. We may share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous User usage data, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform types, asset views, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third-parties to assist them in understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on the ScoutDoc Cloud Site. We may collect and release Personally Identifiable Information and/or non-personally-identifiable information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws (such as Canadian Copyright Law), international law or respond to a court order or search warrant or equivalent, or where in our reasonable belief, an individual’s physical safety may be at risk or threatened. AgNition also reserves the right to disclose Personally Identifiable Information and/or non-personally-identifiable information that AgNition believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of the ScoutDoc Cloud Site or our servers, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of ScoutDoc Cloud, our users or others.
We don’t like ads. The ScoutDoc mobile application and ScoutDoc Cloud site are currently ad-free and we hope to keep it that way forever. We have no intention to introduce advertisement into the product, but if we ever do, will update this section.
AgNition uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit between the ScoutDoc mobile application and ScoutDoc Cloud and you do so at your own risk. Using unsecured wifi or other unprotected networks to submit messages through the ScoutDoc Cloud Service is never recommended. Once we receive your transmission of information, AgNition makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If AgNition learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. AgNition may post a notice on the ScoutDoc Site or through the ScoutDoc Cloud Service if a security breach occurs.
